As former teachers, we know that real progress comes from understanding why things work, not just following instructions. This community combines daily support through our WhatsApp group with structured learning, resources and masterclasses hosted on Skool to help you do exactly that.

We’ve recently introduced Skool to take the community to the next level. This is where you’ll find organised resources, guides, courses and masterclasses, all in one place and easy to return to whenever you need them.
✔ Monthly live masterclasses
Each month, we run a live online masterclass on a different wellbeing theme. These are hosted on Skool and recorded, so if you can’t attend live, you’ll still have full access to the replay.

Everything we share comes from two qualified personal trainers and former secondary school teachers, Alex and Yoann. With years of practical experience both in and out of the gym, we combine real-world knowledge with an education-focused approach to help you make meaningful, lasting progress.




A bit more about us...
I started my fitness journey as a teenager in a small town in western France with a lot of motivation and minimal equipment, and have never stopped since. After dedicating 13 years to the education sector, I decided to transition into online coaching and turn my passion for lifting into a career. I have a purposeful approach to progress, whether it relates to fitness, professional or personal life.
Weight training has done a lot for me, and now I am paying it back. I am always looking to find ways to optimise my workouts and lifestyle protocols to work on my goals and improve my wellbeing. I now bring my analytical mind to help my clients achieve their own goals in the pursuit of self-improvement, fulfillment and happiness.

I have always enjoyed having an active lifestyle, playing football with friends as a child, trying my hand at various sports and sticking to swimming and boxing for a few years as a teenager.
For a long time I saw myself as a "scrawny kid", and when I was 18, I decided to join a gym to pack on some size. I loved to see the progress I was making. Now, weight-lifting is an integral part of my fitness routine, but I love to mix in cardio and other activities to stay well-rounded. After teaching for a few years, I made the decision to bring my skills to a career that I can call my own. I am an active listener; patient and attentive. I'm dedicated to adapting my practice to meet the needs of my clients, whatever their goals.
